King Springs
King Springs manufacturer after market coil and leaf replacement springs for automotive use to restore the ride height with improved designs. When improvement in handling is required, performance replacement springs will substantially reduce body roll and improve a vehicle's stability.

King Springs aims to give better loading carrying capacity and enhances road handling thus decreases the vehicle's ride height loss under load.

King Springs provide loading capacities by 20% - 40% stronger that the OEM Springs as original equipped springs are prone to sagging (especially at the rear) and therefore can't satisfactorily carry increased loads.

THERE ARE 3 MAJOR REASONS SPRINGS ARE REPLACED

1. HEIGHT
There are 3 options when changing vehicle ride height.

A. TO LOWER VEHICLE:
When lowering a vehicle it must be remembered that the vehicle will be closer to:
i. the road
ii. the tyres
iii. The suspension bump stops
For these reasons, a heavy duty spring should be fitted.

B. TO MAINTAIN OR RETURN VEHICLE TO STANDARD HEIGHT:
Most common when original springs have sagged or previously fitted lowered springs are no longer required.

C. TO RAISE VEHICLE:
Common in 4WD vehicles, heavily laden vehicles, LPG etc., towing or whenever increased
ground clearance is required.

2. HANDLING
When improvement in handling is required, replacement heavy duty springs will substantially reduce body roll and improve a vehicle's stability. Heavy Duty lowered springs will also lower a vehicle's centre of gravity.

3. HEAVY LOADING
All vehicles are manufactured to a general acceptable standard and springs are no exception to this rule. With demands for comfort a growing priority, spring rates are kept as low as possible. For this reason, the original spring's ability to carry load and tow etc., is in most cases, poor. Heavy Duty springs will decrease the vehicle's ride height loss under load and improve vehicle stability when laden.
